In collaboration with Dutch Performing Arts and Flanders Arts Institute, festivals Nederlands Theater Festival (in the Netherlands) and Het TheaterFestival (in Belgium) organise an online professionals' programme. In the period leading up to the Olympic Games, the Dutch cultural programme HOBRA will be held in Rio de Janeiro from 11 to 31 July.
