In collaboration with Dutch Performing Arts and Flanders Arts Institute, festivals Nederlands Theater Festival (in the Netherlands) and Het TheaterFestival (in Belgium) organise an online professionals' programme. On 7 September 2021 international theatre professionals can enjoy a selection of live online performances and talk with eight Dutch and Flemish artists and companies whose work is ready to tour internationally.
Through online personal encounters, international presenters will discover new work and engage in conversations with Dutch and Flemish artists and fellow programmers.

Highlights from the Lowlands
The online professionals' programme takes place on Tuesday 7 September 2021 from 14:00-17:00 CET.

The following artists based in the Netherlands and Flanders will in engage in coversations about their work:
Jetse Batelaan, Theater Artemis (NL) on 'The end of the beginning of the end'
Luanda Casella (BE) on KILLJOY QUIZ
Julian Hetzel (NL) on 'Mount Average'
Nuyen Anoek Nuyens (NL) & Rebekka de Wit (BE) on 'The Shell Trial'
Gorges Ocloo (BE) on 'Moby Dick, at last Queequeg speaks'
Alexander Vantournhout, not standing (BE) on 'Through the Grapevine'
Miet Warlop (BE) on 'After All Springville'
Guy Weizman, Noord Nederlands Toneel (NL) on 'Brave New World 2.0'

As part of the professionals' programme, two productions will be available for live stream for the professionals' programme delegates:

Alexander Vantournhout, not standing - 'Through the Grapevine'
