International dance encounters at Moving Meetings 2020

Through a specially designed digital dance workshop, the festival facilitates encounters between international presenters and Dutch dance companies, makers and choreographers. Dutch Dance Festival takes places online from 1-8 October 2020.
The digital workshop developed by Dutch Dance Festival is exclusively accessible to international presenters and Dutch dance companies, makers and choreographers. Its use and impact extends beyond this year's festival, as it will serve as a long-term platform to introduce international dance professionals to the rich spectrum of dance from the Netherlands.
The digital Moving Meetings programme runs from 2-4 October.
The digital workshop gives international presenters access to the profiles and work of a wide range of Dutch dance companies, makers and choreographers, offering them surprising and exclusive content. At the same time the digital workshop is an easy-to-use platform for Dutch companies, makers and choreographers, allowing them to showcase their work to an audience of international professionals.
Through an open call, the festival selected 12 dance makers and companies who will be spotlighted for international presenters through videos and one-on-one meetings. The selected Dutch makers and companies are:
